At Family Alliance Care , we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of I/DD in the tri-state Cincinnati, Ohio area by offering compassionate, customized day-to-day care and support. Focused exclusively on serving eligible clients of the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), we champion self-determination, independence, and active lifestyles through a person-centered approach. Whether in the home or out in the community, our services are designed to empower the individuals we serve to make choices that enrich their lives.
Our services range from Homemaker/Personal Care, Participant-Directed HPC (PD-HPC), Supported Living, Shared Living, HPC Transportation, Non-Medical Transportation (NMT), and Certified Medication Administration.

Our team undergoes rigorous screening and completes a dual training curriculum, combining the mandatory DODD requirements with our own enhanced program tailored to the needs of managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). With annual training requirements, thorough background checks, and certifications including a valid driver’s license and current car insurance, our employees are prepared to provide safe and reliable care, both at home and in the community.
